No Shield Test on GTX 480 Tri Sli.avi

So after reading a few forums about removing the 480's plastic shroud, I thought I should give it a go and make a video while I do it.

Just in case you don't feel like listening me ramble on for 16 min's:

IT DOESN'T HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even after adding extra fans under the cards it only made things worse. The only good that came from this is replacing the TIM (thermal paste) and the importance of cleaning out your cards from time to time.

In my next video I will show you how I strapped my Corsair H70 to one of my GTX 480's and now get a max of 75C in Furmark!!!!!!!
