Let's Play Final Fantasy VIII #1: Introduction

Hey there guys, Episode 1 of Final Fantasy VIII is here. I decided to go ahead and start this and postpone Legaia indefinently due to Legaia's difficulty to record. I'm not abandoning it, I plan to go back to it soon. But not for a while... anyway enjoy.

Also this will NOT be a complete walkthrough, I don't plan on completing all the sidequests, only those I find important. Also I don't intend to do the card game sidequests at all. Though I may show the Card Game off at least once.

I apologize for the inconvenience everyone. But for now I've decided to discontinue this LP. I may return to it later, but for now I'm calling it done. I guess I mostly just wanted to show getting the LionHeart in disk 1 without the use of cheats, and after that I guess I lost interest. Sorry guys. Until then, you can check out Necroscop86 he did an LP of FF8, Cyric1983 did a No Leveling LP of this, and HCBailly is planning an LP of it as well. Just a couple of LP'ers to check out if you need your FF8 fix. Again I apologize for the inconvenience.

it took me 3 years to beat this game when i was little i remember getting lost somewhere and leveling up out the ass!!!! and began with like i think 45 or something and i remeber hitting lvl 98 and i couldnt get any higher towards the end of disc 4 i could kill things with one hit till disc 4 then i got lost in luaguns dream world then i gave up after 6 months striaght of talking to everyone and doing everything so i gave up

I love this game. Only on disk 2, but MAN is disk 1 LONG.

@uggfty A Let's Play is supposed to have voiceovrs. Perhaps you were looking for a walkthrough or playthrough instead?
