hi what do you use to make the sticker things that you put on the panel for the basic shape of the car and palm trees?

I am going to make some design on a bowling ball, then i plan to clearcoat it, will the normal 2k urethane clear do the job ? What do you think ? Or do you have any other suggestions ?
