Japan Trip 2008, part 1

A video log of our 2-week-long trip to Japan in April, 2008.

A few clips I took on the plane as we flew over British Columbia (the maps just DO NOT to this mountain range justice guys). 11 hours direct from Toronto to Narita. Ugh... x_x

From Narita International Airport to Tokyo, on the Narita Express.

First day in Kanda, which is the next stop over from Central Tokyo on the Yamanote Line. We were tired from our flight, so we opted for a nice stroll in Ueno Koen (Park). That evening we found Harajuku and browsed on Takeshita Street. I counted over 6 crepe vendors there.

Hooray for ear and sinus infections...? Ugh. After a very interesting visit to the doctor's office, we took the Yamanote Line to Harajuku and walked down the very trendy Omotesando Street. For some reason, the sidewalks were sticky that day.
