Brooke and Dean dated but Brooke ended it because there were too many secerts in Dean's life.
A couple of days after she came back to Tree Hill, Dean had a vision that she will be shot so he called to warn her and she asked him how he knew that will happen and he didn't say so she dissmissed it.
Dean who was worried took Sam his Brother and they Drove to Tree Hill to stop the shooting, While on the road Sam left Brooke a message asking her to call them to tell them she is ok.
Once they Got there it was too late Brooke was already Dead.
Dean was crashed, he kept imagineing seeing her, and remembered the good times they shared.
