Not a cyclist or yogi? No worries. The "pre-ride" practices on Wheel of Yoga are based on the "Pawanmuktasana" series of Paramahamsa Swami Satyananda Sarasvati, and are something that I've taught over and over again. They are essential for everyone, whether you are conditioning for a bike ride, new to yoga, in some stage of recovery, or a long time yogi.
