  • I want to grow one of these in Minnesota, how can I care for a lemon tree in MN? Will I need to keep it in bright light during the winter months?

  • You may have luck trying to grow one indoors in a large pot. Otherwise, it's probably too cold in MN.

  • how did you transport youre plants from phil. to florida?

  • Hi, It was the dead of a bad wineter, the end of December with ice on the roads. We drove in two cars, hooked by cb radio. When we stoppped for the night, all the plants had to be unladed and brought into the hotel room. Likewise reloaded the next morning. They all did fine.

  • OK, I have watched all your videos. They are very informative and interesting to watch. At first I was very skeptical about using spagnum moss only. I assumed it would be too acidic for alot of trees. I potted a couple of Azaelas in it this past spring and they are doing great. When I pot up some late this fall(it is 100 in Texas)I am going to try it on other things. I do think you should wear a mask and gloves when using with the moss. Thanks for the great videos...

  • Sphagum moss is great to work with. I agree on the gloves and mask thing abd have a soecial video in which I talk about those situations. It's really nice to hear about the success you are having. Thanks for writing. Jerry

  • Whoa! That's awesome. I'd love to know if your tree fruited and continues to bear lemons.

  • 1985 what

  • What happend to that tree now 2 years later? Does it give you any fruit or did it die?

  • i grew 3 lemon trees from seeds and 2 of em the tops of em look like they died do u no wat i should do to bring em back or r they already dead

  • hello, I would like to know after you transfer the lemon tree to small pot and how long you need to watering the tree and how often to watering, every week? thank you very much for your reply.

  • whats the mos called

  • @bonsai9723 hate to say it but a seedling citrus grown as a bonsai will probably never set fruit even though lemons and limes have to lowest needed node count before they produce fruit it still will probably never get the node count high enough to fruti especially since it is proably trimed all the time for shape. so grafgting will proabaly be the way to go if you want fruit
