Is crysis take any fps if i patch to 1.2 v.

@AtiPentium4 Mosy likely not, if so only at very low settings. Get a better video card and up your ram to 2gb and you will be able to.

@jamesspitfire it works... but on medium settings... and maybe on 1024x768 or 1280x720 resolution.

@jamesspitfire I should think so. The CPU is good. The HD5770 too. I could play MW1 with E5200 and HD3850 very well.
