Theremin Hero - Running on a Star (MIDI Chiptune Setup Demo)

Renoise + midiNES + arduinoBoy + Korg mini-KP
With custom light mods, also triggered by midi data.

Sorry, no theremin on this track... but I do play theremin on other chiptune tracks live.
This track was inspired by the Katamari Demacy OST, in particular a song called "Walking on a Star" - I guess you could call this a remix, in a way.

The audio quality isn't perfect.. still needs some work before I release it properly for download.

I'd love to know how to write chiptune music; it's an interesting genre (and possibly one of the few electronic genres that seem interesting musically in my opinion) and I'd like to try out writing some. Always experimenting with new genres.
