@mikidebussy19 Very sharp pains... Weird because a couple of hours after I posted that comment 6 months ago, my teeth hurt so bad! I did it again to try last week and it hurt even worse for two days after. I recommend getting the sensitive ones or even the ones you do once a week because the 2 hour ones every 3 months are so powerful
