KARE Test Promo Circa August 1987

This was the pilot promo which sparked the idea of putting us together for the same broadcast at the same time. Fortunately, the KARE 11 outdoor weather set, "The Backyard," was the perfect way to pair us: one outside, one inside. Sally wanted nothing to do with going outside. She pointed to me and told the VP News, "He's the half going outside."
