Also the reason I want a wired one is so I don't have to deal with double A Batteries.

It actually has a Xbox 360 controller inside of it, without the body that is just the insides of it. But it still has the two analogue stick bases attached. all the arcade buttons are connected to the original 360 controller via a ribbon cable.
