I recently heard that Alexander actually skated with Oksana Grishuk before he started skating with Maya Usova and got together with her and obviously then the affair with Oksana happened and ultimately they skated together again for a time, including this amazing performance. It seems like a fantastic story but in figure skating, I shouldn't be surprised! If anyone can tell me if any of that story is true, I'd appreciate it! I'm a fan of all of these skaters...

It's definitely not true, Maya Usova is his first partner. Oksana is younger than Alexander and Maya, she can't be his previous partner since he skated with Maya since the early 80s, when Oksana was a child.
