  • Is it normal for your knee caps to hurt while doing this? If not what could I be doing wrong?

  • @mikti2008 pain is never normal. Are you keeping your knee back enough? The front knee should be right over top the heel of the front foot and the back knee should be right underneath the back hip. If it still hurts, you should check with your doctor to see if something else is going on.

  • @amkjwhite I don't think there is anything wrong with my knees I think I could be doing it wrong. I am just starting to get used to doing lunges. Thank you so much!
