@leonard127 he was actually set to do the voice for the joker for the animated series, but he couldn't sustain it. after about 2 minutes of vocals he'd just start coughing and he couldn't stop.

There is a lot of roles Tim Curry should have done like the voice of The Joker for Batamn The Animated Series and also play The Joker for the Batman 1989 movie since originally Burton was considering William Dafoe,David Bowie and Tim Curry to play The Joker. He also should have played Jafar for Aladdin and also Naraku for the anime series Inuyasha.
