@asdfghj38559 In the final release of the game the shingles do not have reflective properties (at all), they were used in this demo to show off the source engines reflective capabilities.

I really hate it when all people do is make things shinier.... Doesn't improve anything. Makes it unrealistic and annoying too. These shingles wouldn't have so much luster in real life.
