@weneedheroesnow Without Kobe the Lakers wouldn't have much of a chance. Kobe doesn't deserve to be season MVP and I'm glad Lebron got it. Without Lebron, the Cavs would be nothing, but without Kobe, the Lakers would still be a play offs contender. And haha, Kobe is already 31. In a few years his age will start effecting him and the Lakers (if he's still playing with them). The Lakers are just on bought time. And it will go by real fast.

@weneedheroesnow Now isn't that the truth. If they lose Kobe, their chances of winning another championship are gone. That's the only reason Phil Jackson is "the best coach". No, he's not. He got lucky. He coached the Bulls when they had good people on their team, then moved to the Lakers where they also had really good people. It's all luck. Put him as coach of the Nets and he won't win a championship for at least the next 5 years.
