Well, let me clarify something for YOU. Simply stating then restating an opinion doesn't qualify as a "proof". As for the main premise of your argument - you still have not shown how "the USA controls the condition of the UN" or how and why the USA would ensure that (supposedly) bad food would be handed out to disaster victims OR just what in holy fuck disaster response has to do with Iraq. You have simply proven your inability to connect things in a logical way, preferring to spout paranoia.
