Meet the Team- Damon Huard

Damon played professional football in the NFL for 12 years as a quarterback with the Miami Dolphins from 1997 -- 2000, the New England Patriots from 2001 -- 2003, and the Kansas City Chiefs from 2004 -- 2008.

Damon earned two Super Bowl rings with the Patriots from Super Bowls XXXVI and XXXVIII . He finished the 2006 season as the Chiefs quarterback with a 98.0 rating, a mark that ranked second in the NFL behind only Colts quarterback, Peyton Manning.

At the University of Washington, Damon was a three year starter ending his collegiate career as the Huskies all-time passing leader with 5,692 passing yards.

Damon currently serves at the University of Washington Department of Athletics as the Major Gifts Officer for the Tyee Club.

Damon Huard stopped by my 8 yr old son’s football practice today and gave an incredible speech to the boys. He even let them checkout one of his Super Bowl rings! It was a total surprise to all of us, except one of the coaches that somehow helped to make it happen. If you ever see this Damon, I really appreciate it. GO DAWGS!
