It looks like your solid extract is very oil filled. Should your oil screen area be bigger? To allow for more of the oil to be released or is the feed rate to high?

Looks cool, but doesnt that involve alot of time, effort, labour and energy to gather up the seeds in the first place? do you also have a machine that scoops the seeds out of the Pumpkins out of that webbed goo? I guess locating a cheap source of pumpkins would be idea also eh? Can you use seeds from partially rotted pumpkins? What do you think is the mostly commonly used application on these machines? Thanks for the cool video despite my sceptism. Thanks!

for fuel purposes have you weighed the energy used to run that press against how much oil it produces. To me it doesn't seem cost effective.

@emixcube Well our oil press can turn those oily nuts into very dry nuts, and oil!

@efhve No joke, you would not believe all of the different commodites we can press and the reasons why people want to do it. Desire for the oil basically falls into 4 categories. The first is for fuel, the second is for cooking (culinary), third is for some kind of nutritional supplement (Pumpkin seeds fall into this category) and fourth is for some kind of medicinal value (for example many nuts have oils that help the skin heal).
