The 'battle' he's talking about is probably the battle for bandwidth as a large proportion of his listeners hit the same servers for the same request creating an effective, albeit unintentional, denial of service flood.

On that day they were pulling all the videos down of this BBC clip. Two my of accounts on youtube and google were cancled after trying to load them up and then I loaded it to my server and they were doing something to keep people from downloading it, for about two or three days people that loaded this video were taken down.

how can you forget when it hits you personally. They were pulling my videos off all day of this every time I loaded it. They Didn't win though, after a few days they couldn't stop the truth.
