  • I have a question, for you to dunk about how many times above your weight should you be able to squat? Ive heard 2-2 1/2 from Jacob Hiller, whats your opinion?

  • i have a nutrition course next semester, but do you know more about nutrition? like if you ate only carbs and nuts (eg. oats, fruits and vegetables, almonds, walnuts...) as opposed to a balanced diet with the above along with meat + alternatives and dairy, which would be more beneficial towards athletic performance and endurance?
