And so it begins... This time around we put the CPU, cooling fan/heat sync and RAM on the new motherboard. Original music by yours truly, available on my album "Empire Building" exclusively through my website, amazon.com and iTunes!

  • @RkaydGamer Fucking hell, does no one actually read comments before repeating the same bullshit over and over again? I DIDN'T HAVE A TABLE. WHY THE FUCK WOULDN'T I MAKE USE OF DRIVES I HAD THE SPACE FOR, OLD OR OTHERWISE. I HAD ONE NEW SATA DRIVE AND 3 DRIVE BAYS. OF COURSE I'M GOING TO USE WHATEVER I HAVE ONHAND FOR EXTRA STORAGE!!! AND YES, A COMPAQ CASE. I WAS ON A BUDGET. NOT BUYING A NEW CASE MEANT MORE MONEY FOR OTHER PARTS. All clear now?

  • @ThePreludeDave

    very true what a douche

  • You have let all your new parts down by using the old case

  • @Zaranyzerak lol alright then, good job on the build.

  • @RkaydGamer

yea, so what? When I was building, for the most part I've done it on a table, but I did try and see how the mobo fits while the case was on the carpet (and SATA drive in the case).

I don't see why you should cry over what anyone else does with their equipment anyhow, but if you do - at least try and make a decent statement expressing yourself better than a monkey.

  • lol he likes to discharge himself xD

  • @ObservedFIREFLY Again, NOTHING of which was actually AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT ANY KIND OF REASONABLE PRICE at the time. Get over it. Great, you think it's a joke that I bought a quad core in 2010 and was excited about it. I've explained why that was so. Let's move on now.

  • @Zaranyzerak sorry magny cores is both 8 core and 12 core, the magny cours codename applied to the opteron 12 core with 4 cores disabled, that was a mistake not stating there was an 8 core under that code name aswell ill admit, but even on wikipedia you can see the individual specs, it clearly shows: Magny-Cours 45 nm Mar 2010 Twelve-core, the seriousness of this argument has become a bit too much im sad to say

  • @ObservedFIREFLY And that's still not the 12 core you originally claimed was out that year.
