Hemp For Victory was produced by the U.S. Department of Agriculture during World War II

The film was made to encourage farmers to grow hemp for the war effort because the United States was facing a hemp shortage. lol wow this is such a great video, and insanely it was probably made even after the prohibition of cannabis just before WW2...

It funny seeing the similarities in the need for drying and the snap test just like for the sensimillia cannabis....
