Adam being there is because he's one of the few original actors that actually wanted to come back lol, or at least was in a position where he could.

i just noticed but Adam in MMPR was 5th on command,Zeo 2nd or 3rd on sum episodes,and in Turbo he was 2nd in command.also the blue ninja storm gurl is 2nd in Command,behind her is the guy yellow ranger

I think they were limited to getting the actors from the New Zealand/Disney based shows with Adam being the lone exception. As for Tommy, he came back twice already so he can sit out. In a perfect world, I would have chosen:

Adam---Green

Ashley ---Yellow

Zack---Black

Rocky---Blue (just for being replaced by Justin)

Jason---Red

Karone---Pink

Promotions, Commander Cruger became high commander in place of Birdie, Sky became Commander of the SPD acadmey and Bridge moved into Red ranger, although as a person I dont really buy him as a team leader.

Don't you people get it. They brought back all the 3rd in command rangers from the previous seasons.
