    Umm no its not that we're made of the same elements. The elements we are made from specifically came from stars. Stars work on nuclear fusion, combining elements together to make larger elements. Every atom in the universe (other then some hydrogen) Is the product of stars nuclear fusion which made all the heavier elements we are made of.

    Our bodies literally are the dust of stars.
