@Cptjonmiller That kind of cabin professionalism vanished from the United States airline industry about two decades ago, when air travel became cheaper and more and more commoditized. With it came overworked and surly flight attendants going toe to toe with rude and unkempt passengers who treat flying as an entitlement, now that they’ve paid so very little for it. Flying on SIA is still largely a gracious and comfortable travel experience, even in coach. In the US, it’s a grim endurance test.
