fighting,martial arts,training for combat were not the things that lee did as some kind of profession or for self defence and all. he lived it. thats why such origionality in expression. even chuck norris said that(video is avaiable on youtube) "I dont think that anyone in the world trained as hard as that of bruce lee"

Heck he even ran his own martial arts studio and has disciples! If MMA fighters are as good as you say, then Anderson Silva wouldn't have took lessons from Steven Segal right? lee himself said he hates the word "superstar" but you can't deny

the fact that bruce lee was years ahead of any other martial artist

and he broke all the boundaries that allowed mixed martial arts

to come about

@keithlemon2010 that being said both of them could tear bruce lee a new asshole, and i respect that bruce lee was inspirational and he was probably a fairly good martial artist, but he was not what people have built him up to be and im sick of people calling him the greatest ever when there is not a single shred of evidence to prove it besides testimonials from his family and close friends. anderson silva would agree that he could beat bruce too im 99% sure of this.
