@NJTCOMET you can go even higher. like 2x hd should be like 3840x2160 (240 pixel 16:9) depending on your monitor and graphic card because it is really demanding. i m using a benq xl2410t. 1,5 hd (2880x1620@ 60 hz) is the best i can go for and it s fine for me. also you always need to sacrifice hz for downsampling so bigger resu then usual HD in combination with 120 hz won t be possible and having hd + 120hz look awesomely fluid...so it s ur decision. just google for downsampling.

@ThePoolPisser Im using my old Acer X223W (60hz) so ill upgrade, (ive been planning to anyway) and i have the GTX 570 so i think i have all of those capabilities in my control panel, so if i upgrade to a better monitor do you think i will be able to run it at 2860x1600?

@NJTCOMET it is called downsampling. you need a 120 hz monitor + a nvidia card for that and create an own resolution by the driver settings. also you can set up supersampling for the game in the driver panel.
