Having experienced many strange happenings in our house; namely lights coming on by themselves, a door that won't unlock when it feels like it!, unaccounted knocking and moaning noises, as well as people being 'touched' at night time, here is footage of the infamous cup incident. The cup moved for over 20 minutes, without being touched or anything nearby moving. After it stopped, I tried to repeat the event by knocking the cup, it swung for 10 seconds and stopped. It's not natural for something to move under it's on steam without a motor or outside force. I could have filmed for longer, but got bored!
Are you in a mild earthquake zone, or located near a subway or railway track? Very small earth movements, unnoticed by you directly, could cause the counter under the cups, and therefore the stand on which the cups hang, to move enough to set the cups swinging.
