Uh... enjoy watching?!
This is at essentially 1 hour of training a week... which I don't think is enough, but... maybe someday I'll be able to afford ($$-wise and time-wise) to bump it up to 3 hours a week.

Nothing of import comes in a week... with ANYthing in life. Time + perspective + study + reflection + application = something special...

here's a tip man, try 2 extend ur arms during the b-twist set up and dip and then hold'm close
to ur body during the spin 2 have a nice & clean rotation. otherwise u won't progress ur b-twist ever. good luck

It's progressing just fine, so... I don't know about "u won't progress ur b-twist EVER", lol...
But, at one day a week--I think the progression is coming along decently. Especially since my instructor is NOT a trickster guy--he's a gymnastics coach.

Well, seeing as Novastar is dead... you will not see him in BOP III.
However, I hope Phil (Cael) will perform some tricks. Technically he was supposed to back tuck off of the table with his saber during Cael v Necro, but he was never able to pull it off during performances, for a number of reasons.
