Franken's Questions for Sotomayor

ST. PAUL, MN - Senator Al Franken convened a group of legal experts in order to prepare to question Judge Sonia Sotomayor for a possible appointment to the United State Supreme Court. Senator Franken previews a possible line of questioning around campaign finance reform.

Senator Franken also mused asking Judge Sotomayor questions on judicial activism and net neutrality. Franken remarked that his quesiton might in part depend on what has been asked already since he will likely be last to question Sotomayor due to his seniority within the committee.

Senator Franken also expressed his support for cameras in the US Supreme Court - analysts believe Judge Sotomayor would support cameras whereas Justice Souter did not.

FRANKEN along with a lot of others did a pore job getting SOTOMAYOR to tell how she was going to piss on the constitution of United State of America. No sooner confirmed, she voted with minority 4 to 5 to step on the 2 amendment.

That should be no surprised she did the same in ny with a decision on a nun chucks. Where she took away their 2 amendments right to bare those arms. Took away more tools for a person right to defend one self yet again.

I don’t like the second amendment. I don’t think every one should have to be armed. I do like it the 2 and a few others to determine if the judge is going to piss on the constitution. It is kind of like home pregnancy test.

The senators are dipsh its the way to find out where any of these judges stands is to tell them if you wont be forth coming with your answers I won’t vote to confirm you….

The interviewer mentioned 'judicious' a word he almost learned in college.. Judicial. Plain and simple. Frankenstein here set-up this interview to broadcast on college radio.. Loser.
