  • I'm a pretty flexible guy after 30 years of martial arts training but the butterfly stretch has been my worst stretch. My knees won't go down. I'm hoping your video here helps.

  • i did this while on 5 mg of ativan, psych med and yoga were choices in dealing with some trauma.I feel more relaxed,

    but there comes points while stretching where you feel that "wow I can go much futhere"

    But if your a "noobie" it will fast get results, but you have to do it about 30 min a day (at least)
