No, seriously, this spoils everything.
If you don't want to play the game but want a summary of what's going on:
[ This is the second game, in the first one you learn that Alice's family was killed in a fire (she was the only one to escape). She's driven insane, and wonderland is all made up in her head. At the end of the first game, she was released from Rutledge Asylum
She still has troubles in this one (obviously), because her "psychiatrist" is actually a giant perv. He makes his patients forget their past and turns them into prostitutes(the majority being little children). Oh, and he raped and killed her sister because she wouldn't sleep with him. Yeah. That also makes him the murderer of her parents too. Real sweetheart, isn't he? ]
