@rhiannon282000 That's so sad! I remember the time that I got into trouble when I was a waitress in Beverly Hills for letting a homeless guy sit at one of my tables that had not been bussed yet... I took my time getting there so that he could eat the left overs. I would have rather had to face the boss than to throw him out before he had eaten something!!

Wow that answered the call !!! Another spectacular highlighting of the Ministery of Bruce in a corrupt uncompassionate Corporate World - clever video and commentary on social injustice and Brucies latest take on it - very well done GG - keep it going !!!

Where's the outrage.Cops will take orders without question. Next time one of your conservative friends gives you the BS line about we must support our law enforcement show them this video. Police are not our friends, they'll take orders, and enforce them without question. Most if not all cops are mindless robots. They'll break the highway speeding laws, then "Tin" the Officer pulling them over. They'll collect 80 thousand dollar pensions at 45 years old and say they're entitled to it.

Excellent job... you had me worried there for awhile... I thought where are the cops making sure no one sullies the city parks with scenes of Americans feeding the hungry? Thanks for getting it right... :)

@sanctified4one agreed G....that incident brought tears to my eyes again. And in my opinion it confirms what I believe Bruce's message is in this song. That it's an indictment on our country that we don't and when we try someone steps in to stop us. So wrong on so many levels.

Great video great song. Thanks for having the guts to write this Bruce

@jaystarstar We all seem to have people we admire for some reasons, even if we do not agree with them 100% Rand is someone Paul admires, but he is not Rand. Listen to him carefully. He just wants LESS Federal Government and believes in the people to do the right thing and take care their own. Meaning family, neighbors, cities, and States. Without the oppressive Feds looking over us and dictating our lives. This is what he means when he says take from MIC and help the PEOPLE.

@nmeckle12 Absolutely true. Springsteen sees what America should be and what it can be and that's what he sings about. How much better we can be. This country has so much and yet it does so little- even for its own people. That is very sad.

@Fatfredkid LOVE your comment. I had this same converstation with a friend that told me he didn't like Springsteen because it seems more like he hates America then anything. I told him that I think Springsteen loves what America SHOULD BE and has no problem calling the country out when we fall short of that. And I think its admirable that he does.

Very good video. Sick that in our own country- which brags to the world that it is so much better than every other nation- our police arrest young men feeding hungry children. This is my country but I am not blind. There is alot to be ashamed of being an American- whether people want to admit it or not. We could- and should- do so much better. Love the song and the video. Thank You.

@sanctified4one you really don't have to persuade me about the good nature of Americans, i have visited many times and found them to be almost always lovely people. The world would be a lot less interesting and less colourful without them.
I like the new Bruce song and look forward to the tour,i am also in England and will be attending the Manchester show.As for the video and subsequent arrests i find this situation in the worlds richest country incredible! I am an Americanaphile [if there is such a word] and will be holidaying in the States again this year,i love it,but the "haves and have nots"position in the U.S.A. never ceases to amaze and scare me!

@49erist I know it's terrible what the police did, but look at our brave young men willing to go so far as to be arrested rather than to STOP feeding these hungry children/people!! I think that that says a lot about the good we still have... but very sad that it's illegal for them/us to give help to those in need (without a permit?) That's insane!!

Great video Gina where did the arrests happen? Im in England and find it hard to see how anyone can pass a law on giving away free food out of the kindness of their heart,
On another note its a good song and Im looking forward to the albulm being released and seeing Bruce and the band in Manchester come June.
