Another ancient Korean MapleStory beta video. I am actually surprised at the age of the interface in comparison to current day is even different from the English beta which I had first played in around 2004. One holdover I do remember was the old jewel cursor that was used until sometime in the few months of the live version.

A completely different interface, random monsters in the Ant Tunnel, no skills, only first job... I feel sorry for whoever chose to be a magician back then.

Again, Its closed beta. This answer the low damage, the weird hp/mp/exp bar and the weird portals and the lack of skills.
Don't complain about it. That was the first days of maplestory, not bad for the Beta season.
