mystique, sabertooth and beast apear in the cinematics but not playable characters! characters that should be playable: Mystique sabertooth beast angel pyro blob (also called fatass) forge banshe jubille emma frost avalanche blink and psylock really dark phoenix a playable character (i know that cause i have the psp version), dark phoenix should NOT BE IN THE GAME at least as an x-men friend.

How stupid of them to give us characters then take them away in the sequel. And seriously? Dark Phoenix??? Wow.

I use to prefer X men legends 1 over 2. But after I learned it's best to have a select few you use as your regular squad (mine being Jean Grey (OP much?), Storm, Iceman, and Scarlet Fever (heals)) and if you go for a select few abilities. There are so many abilities in the game! Go for ones that complement each other. Storm has one that makes enemies take more damage. Using that with her whirlwind (with ww passive) makes her so strong. Xmen legends 1 is simpler though.

I love a strong narrative and story telling in my games. But I don't' need it in a dungeon crawler, sometimes I just want to play a game for the gameplay itself. The gameplay is so fun, esp when you play 2-4 people local co-op. I haven't played this in years, I might have to revisit this game with some old friends.

@Dragonmaw623 also, are you thinking of doing a MGS4 review? i'm in the midst of watching a "let's play" by that by "Aloyalgamer" and so far the game looks annoying and i hate it.

@Dragonmaw623 pretty good review there. did you ever see reviews by Irate Gamer and Angry Video Game Nerd? And if so, are there any video game reviews by IG that you like more than by AVGN? They both did the Mario is Missing/Mario's Time Machine review and that was a review by IG that I liked more than by AVGN.
