Are you making a point about the Truck on the pavement to left of shop?
If so, your right to object as these sort of things are often overlooked by council who seem to allow deliveries/businesses to park anywhere/anyhow these days

The Council rents half the pavement to the grocer for about £1 a week. Schoolkids and mothers with buggies are forced to walk in the road at busy times. Safety is not a consideration.
