crazy game

Sorry buddy, but the Amiga-Version was the best version in sound and graphic^^ I know it best because played the two versions on the ST & AMIGA when they came out. Awesome game anyway!

I loved the music too but was disappointed when I realised it was just a sampled loop, not Atari ST generated from its rather poor sound chip. Still, the game and the sounds did blow me away at the time when I was jealous of the Amiga's superior graphics and sound chips.

It's too bad I've never heard of this game until recently, even if I did I still didn't have a computer powerful enough to run it. The game design here is quite interesting, I've never seen anything quite like it. I think it's safe to say that I would have spent many hours playing this.

...at 10 no less... I hated having nothing but a stupid hand-me down Intellivision just to go to the spoiled kid's house to play Captain Blood an a 1040ST. I did get Zoolook for my 11th birthday on CD though. Ha!

I'm sure you've messed up two platforms. Shadow of the Beast was total crap on ST and has great music on Amiga, but Captain Blood was much better on ST comparing to Amiga. I don't mean the quality of the music, but the fact that it was coded much better on ST than on Amiga, which resulted in better gameplay.
Yess!!! ethnicolor !!! Amazing !!! :)
