10 second chevelle burning out. Runs 10.50s @ 126. Pump gas, through the mufflers, on M/T drag radials.

Strange my brother always had a monte carlo sounded a lot like that. Sure it was fun to go to the track with him and watch him lose to ricers that were blown but hey that is the way the tech goes. Me personally I always got out my calculator when I bought a vehicle when I did the math for the prius when they hit 45 mpg I traded in a car while I was upside down and I made money. Why bc the fuel I saved paid for the difference and the prius. The gift that keeps on giving great fuel economy.

just wondering??? wat kinda mufflers on this??? it sounds like it might be headers and then right from there mufflers and thats it..it doesnt sound like open headers for a 514ci???

The car has full exhaust, they are Flowmaster mufflers into 3.5" tail pipes out the back in the factory location

@thomascolin12 I can tell you don't live in hurricane country are not old enough to remember the gas shortages of the 70's. PEAK OIL does not mean we will run out of oil we run out of CHEAP OIL. I am bound not to do for someone that which they should do for themselves. You clearly are in bliss.

Strong as the weakest link I actually am debt free try that and pop off? Americans use to spend around 25% of their disposable income on fuel each time price increases those that make irresponsible comments find out they are $100 shy of really needing those tents and all them Bear Gryls skillz.
