Kylie never covered this song. This song was written by S.Etienne for Kylie, but Arista rejected it . In 2004 Summer, some radio stations played it. Kylie loved a lot this song, and St. Etienne writted another one "When are you coming home?" but Kylie wasn't very sure with this one,because, according to Sarah Cracknell ,Kylie thought it was very "cheesepop".

It is a cover version- St Etienne originally released it as a single in the UK and reached number 54, and got to No 1 in the USA dance chart. Kylie version wasn't released until 1994 on the b side of Confide in Me.

IMHO Etienne's version is better - I actually like the instrumentation here a bit better, but Kylie's voice, while good, doesn't seem as well suited to this type of music as Sarah's...

Good cover, nice real instruments used instead of samples but my favorite is still the original with Sarah. No surprise because Saint Etienne is my favorite band.
