Bert Kaempfert - All I ever need is You

Bert Kaempfert wasn't only a great composer, he definitely also was a gifted arranger of music. During the sixties, one critic even wrote : "When hearing a tune by Bert Kaempfert, there's never one note too much and Bert knows exactly how to accentuate certain parts of a piece in a very subtle way ; his sound is unique and immediately recognizable by the listener."
Bert also 'had a nose' for picking the songs or hits which could be transformed into the typical "Kaempfert sound".
'All I ever need is You' - made famous by Sonny and Cher in 1971, is a fine example of this ability. From the 1972 album "Six plus Six" here are Bert Kaempfert and His Orchestra with their sparkling version of "All I ever need is You". Enjoy !
