Usain Bolt is slow out of the blocks compared to richard thompson and walter dix. But he's that fast that he makes it up and then some. But no one is faster than Ben Johsnon out of the blocks in the semi final in the 1988 olympics he was that fast out the blocks, he beat the censa and was given a false start !
