Maverick POV Cedar Point Ohio 2007 New Roller Coaster

Went to Cedar Point in Ohio, and though no great pictures came back, this rough video did. The debut roller coaster in 2007, Maverick. with a 95 degree drop, insane turns and loops! Music by Dragonforce: Through fire and flames. Notice the picture at the end of the ride. Yeah, the guys behind the counter sold it to my friend and said, "awesome dude" when he handed me the photo.

Edit: Lol, youtube made me change the music from through fire and flames to one of theirs. It's still cool.

Gemini isn't wooden. It has a steel track. The supports are the only thing that's wooden. It's very smooth. Blue Streak isn't near as rough as Mean Streak. It's a fun little ride!

Wooden coasters are usually good. Mean Streak was designed by the Dinn corporation. That's why it's so rough. For a good coaster check out The Beast at KI or El Toro at GA.

This is a cool video especially with the excellent soundtrack. I wonder if you used the YouTube editor to make a copy of it and then used the YouTube video stabilizer tool if that would cut down much on all of the bumpiness? You might experiment with that.

When i came to cedar point i was so scared to go on the rides but i rode the dragster millennieum force this ride and the other big ones like magnum. Now i love rollercoasters

Omg this was the best ride ever besides the dragster.btw im 11 and this is not scary but fun i rode it with my friend who is 12 go on it u will LOVE it :)
