The episodes were only half filmed due to a strike !!
so i took the video release of the film and took out Tom Baker's narrations!!
i then animated the missing sections and added my own acted parts of soundtrack!!
so this version of the film is to give a real feel of what the episode could of been like !!

The Doctor, Romana and K9 arrive in Cambridge to visit an old freind of the Doctor's, Proffesor Chronotis, a retired Time Lord. But there is evil at work, an evil man, Skargra, plans to drain people's minds and put them in his spheare so he can create one large mind. Skargra needs the mind of Saleyavin, a criminal locked in a forgotton prison called Shada. But what is the secrete of the Gallifreyien book ?...

@AnUnearthlyChild1 i'm not sure but personally I dont think so :( i heard that 2entertain thought the cartoons from "The Invasion" cost too much money to make !!

I think the only ones they might animate is "The Tenth Planet", "The Ice Warriors" and "The Reign of Terror" cause they wern't on the Lost in time boxset :P :D

@GrimnEvil4Ever yes they did, because, for some reason or other, tom baker wasn't able to appear for the five doctors, so they used this bit as his part, and had the fourth doctor stuck in limbo for the duration of the story, a shame really but eh bien

Pity Dudley Simpson didnt write the score, the music is awful!

@GrimnEvil4Ever Yeah they did cos Tom Baker didn't want to appear. Lots of people thought that sucked at the time in 1983.

@AnUnearthlyChild1 1 year on, there are plans to release this on DVD with another story, most likely "Nightmare Of Eden". It is believed animation will be used to provide the additional scenes with the bulk of the cast. Let's just hope Tom Baker will agree to do it as Lalla Ward has apparently...
