It is hard to see by this video, but all of those mopeds were corking the light at Roy and Broadway in Seattle and running the red light just like Critical Mass does.
Ride Civil does not cork and was riding two abreast.
Oh, well, I must have imagined it, then. Funny, I don't usually hallucinate a gaggle of mopeds headed west on NE 65th at 20th NE, with only two of them making the light, a bunch of them stopping for the red, and one jerk deciding that if he's towards the right edge of the road, the stop light doesn't apply to him. But it must have been a product of the heat, or something. That must explain the decrease in pressure in my air horn's tank, too.

One of those guys nearly hit me on my bike a few days ago, running a red light. He managed to avoid the pedestrian in the crosswalk, happily.
