I don't think we need to add to the debt to give 2% of america a tax break. And you act like it is going to break these people an put them into poverty which it has been calculated that they would hardly even notice. Also it was created to keep jobs in the USA which we have lost more jobs under this tax cut than in any other time. So how do you want to cut the debt? Cut school funding,medicare.medicaid & privatize social security like Rand Paul? Total IDIOT
