  • hey ryan, do these feel like the same material mousepads are made of?

  • @hawkeyefan3 absolutely NOT... The material that these are made of are HIGH HIGH quality material. Mouse pads would start breaking apart in a matter of weeks. This material is a hybrid material that literally is custom made :)

  • Do these work with the rock band 2 kit too?

  • @SamAndNash Sure do, if you go to 1:20 , you will see I have a RB2 kit with the xcells on :)

  • is that all they do? Make the drums quieter or do they like make the drum sticks bounce more

  • @rboetsma1 They increase the rebound by a LOT - and also keep them quieter of course :)

  • Really? You looks down at your drums while playing? How do you know which notes are on the TV if you are looking down at the drums?

  • hey ryan, how good do these work on the ions? would they improve the responsiveness considerably? I want to be able to play faster beats easier.

  • @RockBandParts He must has h4x 1337 skills. O.o

  • Hey Ryan,

    is there a uk site?

  • @DRec011 i think there more like a cover, not an actual pad, so there arent any sensors, basically, no you cant do that

  • @ShaneGuitar13 Theres no wires, its glue, ofcourse it works!

  • Can I take out the old pads and just place the XCELL pads in by themselves?

  • Ryan, I Have a question. Will Xcell pads work with MadCatz Portable Drum Kit? I have one of these and I'm thinking if Xcells are a good way for increasing sensitivness and rebound. Can you help me? really thanks ;D

  • What could i use to clean the stock pad if i don't have any rubbing alcohol?
