  • why did they put down perfectly happy healthy horses?

  • They didn't. These horses were suffering for some reason or another and either died on their own, or it was best for them to be euthanized.

  • i got it from Days End. yeah i will

  • It may seem like there are a lot of people "hating" on Days End right now, but if you notice, a lot of those hate videos either have the ratings disabled, or won't let you post a positive comment about Days End. They cowardly delete the positive comments so it looks like its all just a bunch of people saying bad things about Days End.

  • The horses that were put down either spent YEARS at Days End and continued to get returned to the farm, or just weren't getting adopted. Some of they had permanent problems that end up costing money because of special medication/treatments/supplements. A non profit organization can only afford to pay for that for a certain amount of time. With a bad economy, donations and grants are down, and therefore the farm has to do what they can with the little money they have.

  • We want justice for Maggie! She was wrongly euthanized! Just because there was a riding accident, doesn't mean that a horse is dangerous.

  • I work there: the farm is safe and secure. I think they are doing a good job! Though if Harry, iPod, Junebug, Hoedown get put down I will blow. my. top.

  • Of my three rescues they have cost me over 20k in veterinary bills. They will continue to get the care they need because I am in it for the animals and not the profit. I am a single mom and am living on a very limited income but my animals come first. As should any animal in any rescue. All chances should be given to every animal to live a long and healthy life.

  • A "rescue" doing it's job should never put down a horse due to permanent illnesses unless the animal is suffering. That is why we have rescues to take on the care for these poor animals that have noplace else to go. Do not think for one second that it is fair to euthanize a horse just because it needs daily medication. Meds are expensive, we all know this. But as long as the animals are comfortable and reacting well to the meds there is no need to end their lives. I have 3 rescue horses

  • Great job everyone for helping our Equine friends :)

  • WestlifeFan1995. is just another jackass that likes to stir shit then blame others for the stink.

You my friend started harassing me now its easier to blame me for you being a simpleton .LOL !! your a joke

  • @WestlifeFan1995 You have saved more then 1500 horses. Haaa come on now, I bet you never mucked a single stall for a rescue!

  • More then they have and I'm not harassing you I'm harassing the farm...

  • @WestlifeFan1995 I think your missing some of this story. Get the facts then harass me.
