Hire a foreign worker that has work experience, a degree and has completed the Labor Condition Application with tips from a certified civil mediator in this free video on immigration law.

  • Most H1Bs are NOT specialty or rare workers. The biggiest users of H1B are the Indian domestic outsourcing companies doing routine work NOT specialty work. 86-90% of H1Bs earn less than $50K/year some as low as $9/hour and have at best a BS in CS or EE.

  • Yeah, and pay them 20% of what you'd pay for a similarly-experienced American worker. Both parties should be considered domestic terrorists!
